The Godly Society Olympus is one of the numerous Transcendent Society trapped within the 98th Floor of the Obelisk.
Overview[]
Olympus was the Godly Society created by Ouranos during ancient times after gathering numerous tribe and groups of Gods and other Transcendents and combining them into a single Society.
Ouranos would then adopt numerous, "orphaned" Godlings as his adoptive children. With them soon becoming known as the "Titans" due to their immense power and becoming central figures of Olympus as his potential successors.
Due to Ouranos's impending death due to Gaia's Curse, some of his adoptive children, under Theia's leadership, staged a rebellion with the intent of taking over Olympus for themselves. Oceanus, Ouranos's oldest son, outraged by his siblings actions, declared war on them in order to keep Ouranos as Olympus's King. Causing a civil war to erupt between the two factions of Olympus.
Eventually, sickened by their actions, Ouranos's youngest adoptive son, Kronos would inherit his throne after single handedly overpowered both his siblings faction with Rhea's and Ouranos's support after being officially chosen by him as his successor. With him later taking Rhea as his wife in order to stabilize Olympus after the civil war and with her begin fathering several powerful Gods.
Later, after engaging Gaia in battle himself, Kronos would soon be also afflicted by her curse. Causing him to become unstable as the Demonism he possessed as the Black King's Apostle began to slowly take over his mind and rendering him mentally unstable and volatile.
Eventually, after becoming a danger to himself and his family, Kronos would "swallow" fives of his children inside a sub-space dimension inside himself in order to keep them "safe", his wife Rhea soon flee with their youngest son, Zeus, and planned to put a stop to her husband before it was too late.
However, against his mother's wishes, Zeus would instead "kill" his father and take over Olympus as its King. In order to quickly stabilize Olympus and smoothen his takeover Zeus would divide the supreme Throne of Olympus between his two older brothers, Poseidon and Hades after they successfully killed their father Kronos and banished the Titans to Tartarus, taking over their previous territory of Olympus in the Heavenly World. Alongside their sisters, Hera, Demeter and Hestia became the founding members of the current generation of Olympian Gods.
During their time as rulers, Zeus would father numerous Gods that would also join his pantheon, namely Ares, Hermes,Athena, Apollo, Artemis, Hephaestus, Dionysus and Hercules with various partners. Poseidon would also similarly have his own children and form his own sub-faction for the pantheon that consisted of sea gods. Poseidon himself would father, Orion, Antaes, Charybdis and Triton.
Eventually, numerous Gods would then join Olympus, but the descendants of the original six and their descendant's descendants continued to hold power over the whole society.
Olympus would eventually become one of the largest Pantheons within the 98th Floor and one of the most powerful.
When Zeus was cursed by the Heavenly Demon's disease and forced into slumber, the Olympus Society soon began developing two separate factions. The older faction of Gods primarily lead by Poseidon and Hera and the younger generation lead by Hermes.
