Victoria is one of the Sadhu, that made her home within the Five Mountains of Penance of the 20th Floor in order to further train herself.
Physical Appearance[]
She is described as long-haired woman, with curvaceous figure. Her chest is big, thus adding her sensuality. Despite this, Khan noted that her actual age does not match her appearance at all.
Personality[]
As seen during her first appearance in the mountains of Penance, Victoria was shown to be confident, out going and playful, with her having been shown to have a relaxed demeanor and got along with all the other Sadhu's she was living with as she trained herself within the Mountain. With her having befriended Kindred,Kahn and Rebecca and became close enough with them to consider them to be her genuine friends and go out of her way to help them and feel devastated upon their deaths.
Victoria herself has also shown to have a sexually active and flirty disposition, with her having immediately flirted with Cain upon his arrival in the mountain and has implied to have also slept with Kahn after they meet in the Mountain of Penance and him joining the Sadhu. Victoria herself would later secretly and lecherously spy on Cain while he bathed and drooled as she observed his well built body when she came to visit his residence on the mountain. As noted by Cain, this personality traits was likely inherited from her teacher, Anastasia.
Despite her carefree-free spirited demeanor, Victoria was also shown to have a intellectual side to herself, with her having made a point of specifically going and staying within the 5 Mountains of Penance in order to further research and develop her magic and improve her skills. Victoria herself showcased that she was a highly competent instructor and teacher of Rune Magic and successfully trained Cain on their usage.
After the events of the Monkey King's palace and learning about how she was used and betrayed by Kindred, seeing Rebecca's death saving her, abandoning Cain to save herself and later Kahn sacrificing himself to give her a chance to escape, Victoria was shown to have become a shadow of former herself, having become depressive and sullen, completely unlike her previous demeanor and retreated to her Teacher Anastasia side to protect herself and recover. Victoria was shown to feel immense guilt and remorse for what happened in the Monkey King's Palace due to being tricked by Kindred and leading her friends to their "deaths", this is seen where she was deeply remorseful and depressed due to believing that she lead to Rebecca and what she initially believed to be Cain's deaths within the Monkey King's Palace and later Kahn having sacrificed himself to give her a chance to escape to safety after being pursed by the Devil Army.
As seen during their reunion months after, Victoria was shown to have become notably gaunt and more haggard looking than her previous appearance due to her depression and was later shown to suffer depressive, self-loathing mood swing episodes due to her guilt.
As noted by Cain, Victoria herself had fallen in love with Kahn, which notably worsened her feelings of self-loathing due to believing that she abandoned him when he had her escape on her own while he used himself as bait to throw off their pursuers from the Devil Army.
After a few months staying with her teacher Anastasia and after being visited by Cain, Victoria was shown to have improved considerably and began resembling her former self. After reuniting with Kahn and successfully rescuing him and Doyle, Victoria was shown to have improved considerably and has shown to have more or less recovered.

Victoria was noted to be a highly accomplished magician and was stated to have successfully managed to master and learn numerous fields of magical subjects and elements. In terms of ability, it was stated that she was ranked as one of the Top Ranked Magicians within the Tower.
Victoria's knowledge and skill was vast enough, that she had in fact, had already begun creating her own field and school of thought on an entirely new subject on magic. After looking through her research papers, Complete New Theories of Rune Magic: Regarding the Strength of Divine Spirits and the Writing of the Gods, Brahm noted that Victoria had accomplished a complete break through in her studies into magic and sorcery that can open an entirely new field, elements, methods and system of magical application that no magic user has accomplished in over thousands of years.
- Rune Magic: Victoria was noted to be one of the foremost users and masters in the usage of Rune Magic, the magic used by the Gods of the 8th Floor. And was stated to be her specialty, having been shown to excessively use this particular magic for combat, research and other purposes. Victoria herself proved to be incredibly talented and skilled in this magic to train others in its usage, as seen where she taught Yeon-woo Run Magic.
- Blink: Victoria was shown to use this magic to instantaneously teleport from one location from another.
- Barrier Magic: As seen from Cain and Kindred's violent "playing around", Victoria has showcased the ability to create powerful barriers areound herself to protect herself from their violent,destructive after aftershocks of their clash.
- Healing Rune: As shown in her attempt to heal Rebecca after being critically wounded by the stone guards of the Monkey King’s palace, Victoria herself was possibly skilled enough in order to treat her critical injuries using the healing rune had she not exhausted her mana fighting beforehand. Victoria also taught Yeon-woo on how to create and use this particular runic magic to heal his body from injuries.
- Recovery Rune: Victoria had also taught Yeon-woo on how to use the Recovery Rune to instantly recover and reinforce his body by using his mana to recover his stamina during extended battles.
- Targeting: A spell that allows Victoria to target specific area's of her target's bodies and make her attack hit that exact spot.
- God's Hammer: A spell that Victoria combines with [Targeting], where she unleashes blasts of lightening towards her targets.
Artifact Creation[]
Due to her mastery over magic, Victoria was able to become one of the Top 5 Artisans within the Obelisk, as seen where Victoria possess the necessary skills to create artifacts. Victoria is stated to have the necessary abilities to create outstandingly powerful artifacts and was able to greatly contribute in the creation of the Philosophers Stone for Yeon-woo. With her skills having been compared to Henova, The Head Elder of the One-Horned Tribe and Brahm.

- Rune Bracelet: Due to her Rune's immediately disappearing after one use, Victoria uses a unique bracelet to pre-inscribe her runes into it in order to use her spells at will rather than go through the trouble of conjuring it in mid battle.
- Complete New Theories of Rune Magic: Regarding the Strength of Divine Spirits and the Writing of the Gods: Victoria also possess her own spellbook/research journal that contained the entirety of her magical research that she had worked on so far. As noted by Yeon-woo, Victoria’s research and knowledge contained within it was incredible and invaluable, with her overall knowledge being a cornerstone that helped complete the creation of the Philosopher’s Stone. Brahm himself was impressed by her work.
- Adamantite Nova: After stealing Anastasia's Adamantite Nova to help Khan, Victoria showed to have more or less adjusted to the ore and was able to use it as a external power source to further empower and strengthen her magic.
